MADE DIFFERENT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Every human being was created uniquely to fulfil a specific purpose. No wonder there are no two persons in the world with exactly same fingerprints or eyeballs. The divine grand design is for each individual is to fit into God’s master plan. That is why you and I have a responsibility of discovering our purpose for existence. Further to this, the obligation is on every individual to make a difference in his/her place of work/appointment/company to fulfil the purpose of his/her existence. There is the general cry for change in the country, however an enduring change must start with individuals in their own little capacities. According to Steven Covey, every individual has a circle of influence no matter how little. Making a difference in your own ‘little world’ as a company commander/ staff officer/instructor/ assistant manager or in any other capacity will go a long way in spreading the wave of change. I strongly believe that we don’t have to get to the helm of affairs in our various offices before we can become agents of change as some people presume. Little drops of water they say, make a mighty ocean. We all have a part to play in transforming our various workplaces to what it ought to be. I want to enjoin us to make a commitment to leave our various posts/offices better than we met it.
